I have one of these dolls as described by the authors. No mention is made of how much these generally go for. On ebay now there is one for $40. I thought I would be able to ask much more than that for this doll in perfect condition. Maybe I’ll just keep it and bring him out each New Year’s Eve with a bottle of bubbly and a sparkler!!!!!

thank you for all this great information.i too have a dick clark doll by juro from 1958 and i bought it off e-bay when dick died last year.he is in great condition only missing the small white plastic pen that was clipped onto his vest which i am sure alot of these dick clark dolls that survived since 1958 are missing.[one footnote i noticed on the internet there is a dick clark doll made by juro same doll but with a yellow vest put out in 1960.] noticed it today may 17 2013 any information on that would be greatly appreciated and i also saw one in an auction today with brown shoes?
